Legal Disclosure (Specified Commercial Transactions Act)
This page sets out the disclosures required under Article 11 of Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for mail-order / e-commerce sales.

- Points start at 1,000 Points for $9.99USD. See our Fees & Pricing page for the full pricing table. A platform fee of 20% is withheld from pledged Points when a Creator's payout is issued.
- Payment Methods
- Credit card and other methods made available by our payment processor (to be finalized once a processor is contracted).
- Fees Other Than the Purchase Price
- The Company charges no fees beyond the price of Points purchased. Internet connection and data charges from your service provider are your own responsibility.
- Timing of Payment
- Charged immediately at the time of Points purchase.
- Delivery Timing
- Digital delivery occurs immediately once a Creator completes and delivers the commissioned artwork through the Platform. Turnaround time is set per Request by the Requesting Client.
- Returns & Cancellation
- Because artwork is bespoke, made-to-order digital content, no returns or refunds are available once a Creator has accepted a Request. Before acceptance, any backer may withdraw their pledge at any time and have the Points returned to their balance. Points are never redeemable for cash.
- Points Expiration
- Unused Points expire five years after the date of purchase.
- System Requirements
- A current version of a major web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) and a stable internet connection.
