Illustrative pricing and fees as of today. Final rates may be updated once we finalize an agreement with a payment processor.
1. Points Purchase Pricing
Points are sold in US dollars (USD). Larger bundles include a volume discount.

2. Platform Fee Rate
When a Request is completed and the Reward is paid out to a Creator, 20% of the total pledged Points is withheld as the platform fee. This fee covers payment processing costs, content moderation (the AI first pass and human final check run on every delivery), creator KYC/identity verification, and customer support.
3. How a Creator's Payout Is Calculated
Creator payout = (total Points pledged to the Request) × (100% − 20%)
Example: a Request completed with 10,000 total pledged Points results in a payout equivalent to 8,000 Points to the Creator.
4. Foreign Exchange Handling
Fans purchase Points in US dollars (USD) or euros (EUR). Creator payouts are made in Japanese yen (JPY), converted at the exchange rate quoted by our payment processor at the time the payout is confirmed. Details of any additional FX or processing fees will be disclosed once our payment processor agreement is finalized.
